Bhutan, a small Asian country near India, is one of the most closed countries on the earth to Christian Missions and God's 'Agape-love' expressed. Yet hundreds of Refugee families from Bhutan have been settling in Pittsburgh over the last few years, and hundreds more are expected.

We have a unique and wonderful opportunity to befriend and help these kind and gentle people settle into life in the United States. For many Bhutanese, we are the first Christians they will have meaningful contact with.

The Bhutanese have a great need for Gently-Used furniture, including clean beds and bedding, nice sofas, decent dressers, and coffee tables. If you have access to any of these items and they are in good condition, we would love to match your donation with their needs. Non-Cash Donation Receipts are available for your donation of good furniture.

School clothing for children is another priority need; and Walmart gift cards are always appreciated by them. Tax deductible donations for this cause can also be made to Zion Christian Church and noted as being for "Bhutanese Refugee Needs".
